Include enough to reproduce the problem

Send your app version, device model, OS version, selected storage mode and what happened. You can add a screenshot with private content removed. Never send an API key, password or personal memory database.

Common checks

• Voice capture: check microphone and speech recognition permissions in iOS Settings.
• AI Chat: check supported hardware, iOS 26+, Apple Intelligence enabled and model availability. Capture and ordinary search are separate from AI availability.
• iCloud: check that the same Apple account is signed in, iCloud is enabled and storage is available.
• Purchases: use Restore Purchases with the Apple account used for the original purchase.
• Custom backend: check your Worker URL and API key locally. See the setup and MCP guides.
